Maintenance Reimbursement Procedure

 

Eligibility

Customer coverage can be verified on one of the following ways:
  1) Website - www.maintenanceproplus.com
   

– Login ID: Dealer Code as issued at set-up (for more info, call 888.920.0091)
– Password: Zip Code
  2) Customer - A wallet card is issued to customer which lists coverage details
  3) Maintenance Pro Plus customer Service - 888.920.0091

    Maintenance Service Interval Reimbursement

 
Reimbursement Requests can be filed in one of two ways:

 

 1) Website - www.maintenanceproplus.com (see eligibility for login info)
   

a) Search for Customer
b) Click on contracts # link for Member Information
c) Click on Add a Claim at top of left page
d) Enter RO information
 
2) Fax - Send RO to 972.455.3992
A CHECK will be cut to the dealership for the pre-determined rate according to the dealer agreement. Requests will be grouped by date entered and reimbursed the following week. Please call customer service at 888.920.0091 for further explanation.
