William "Bill" J. Breindel
President & CEO

Mr. Breindel is a seasoned executive with over 25+ years in the automotive industry with nearly 95% of this time dedicated to wholesale Emergency Road Services. Working as a senior account executive in one of the first wholesale Emergency Road Service organizations he has cultivated strong business relationships and pioneered tangible automotive ancillary benefit products to serve the Automobile, Insurance, and Financial Institution markets. It was his vision that created Vehicle Administrative Services (VAS) and its affiliated business entities that flourish today. Mr. Breindel manages a dedicated team of executives that serve our client related products and services from creation to everyday service and implementation. "Our goal is to constantly evolve and change with the growing demands of the Automotive Ancillary Product Markets, this is done by offering transparency, a willingness to learn, and the ability to deliver world-class service."

Michael J. Reth
Executive Vice President

Mr Reth joined VAS in 2005 after working as the Sr. Product Manager at Protective Life (Asset Protection Division). He is a well-rounded executive with real-world experience related to VAS organizational offerings. With over 17+ years of Product Development experience in the Automotive, Insurance, and Financial institution industries, Mr. Reth has proven valuable to VAS clients. His expertise in the areas of product development, compliance, pricing, fulfillment services, training and product sales, is the foundation for a 360 degree approach to building the right relationship and product offering for our clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration for Maryville University in St. Louis. "We believe in building ancillary products that meet a tangible need for our clients' customer base, all while ensuring that the service associated with these products are delivered with unmatched effort and expertise."
