Our expertise is the administration of all VAS product lines.  You can confidently rely on the professional diligence of the VAS team to take care of each claim promptly and correctly.  This is our field of expertise; we have used years of network administration experience to build our systems, processes, and call-centers.

For each product line, VAS has established networks of service providers and repair outlets.  Depending on the service required, VAS has dealers that function as your service provider.  Our 24-hour online web access and 24-hour call centers can take care of all your customer needs from anywhere in the country.

VAS batches all claims orders in their entirety in one week intervals.  All reimbursement requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.  Payment of approved claims may take up to a maximum of two weeks after the date of payment on the claims check.
