Maintenance Pro Plus is the most comprehensive pre-paid maintenance product available.  Customers will clearly see the practical value offered and quickly realize that most concerns they traditionally face during vehicle ownership are effectively covered.  It’s not a question of what as much as where and when some maintenance item will need to be performed.  This attractive pre-paid maintenance product is a genuine added-value service designed to maximize dealership traffic and profitability with: 

• Finance and Insurance ‘back-end’ revenue

• Regular maintenance service retention

• Increased service drive sales

• Risk participation (reinsurance)

These plans are individually designed to provide protection against common ownership expenses. Your customers can select the plan(s) that work best for individual vehicle and driving needs.  Each benefit plan gives your customers access to our nationwide service provider networks and world class customer service.

Maintenance Benefit Coverage

Should acustomer require maintenance coverage, this benefit provides services on a Sign & Drive basis with no customer payment required and focuses on the proper and regular care of your vehicle.  Each service includes:

• Oil Change

• Oil Filter Replacement

• Chassis Lube

• Tire Rotation (4 tire maximum)

Maintenance Benefit Limits

Maintenance services will be limited to the number of services at the stated mileage intervals as recorded for the VAS agreement term.  Each scheduled maintenance service must occur on or before the stated mileage interval, starting from the original odometer reading listed once the customer is registered.  A 500 mile grace allowance is provided for each maintenance service interval.  If the vehicle exceeds the 500 mile grace allowance, the customer will forfeit the maintenance service for that mileage period.  If forfeiture occurs, that maintenance service will be deducted from the total number of maintenance services at the end of the agreement.  The VAS Servicing Dealer listed is the ONLY dealer that can perform maintenance services.
